Procedure in case of trespass by the neighbor

My neighbour has tresspassed into my house and has started to demolish my main wall. When I protested he is using unprintable language against me and my family He is asking me money and threatening me with dire consequences if I fail to pay.

First of all why he had demolished the building of yours is to be looked into if you had not made any encroacemt or otherwise it is a different matter, further if your right is threatened immediately you file a suit for injunction before the court and.id your property in any is damaged you can sue for damages

File a civil case for permanent injunction along with an application for temporary injunction under order 39 Rule 1 &2 of Code of Civil Procedure. The order of temporary injunction shall restrain your neighbour in interfering in your peaceful enjoyment of the property.
Simultaneously, file a police complaint stating criminal trespass resulting in criminal intentions to commit illegal acts

Lodge the complaint against him under IPC section 294,503,506,&297 it's all punishable ..then it's again repeat file the trespassing case against him..or take a stay order from court for he has not interfering the property
