Procedure in case false 304b case imposed by wife

My married life was very good without single problem and suddenly on one day my wife did suicide in my father house .i was work from father house about 700 km rural area.when i father inform me your wife is missing then i come to home .my law also filled dowry case on entire family after case filled my wife died body found in my near pound no any cut mark her body police arrest my parent both are senior citizen and other member file A.bail but lower court reject then appeal high court all member bail except me my bail is reject but that time i present work place but high court no give any reason why reject my A.bail.now i confused i appeal supreme court for A .bail
Yes you appeal to supreme court for anticipatory bail or otherwise you surrender to lower court and apply for regular bail and if rejected in lower court you can approach to high court and you will get bail
