Procedure in case Bail granted for FIR under IPC 324, 504 AND 34

I have filled a FIR against 3 members. They have beaten me and Police have not arrested 3rd person and also they leave 2 persons immediately after they made arrestment. Should i go to a Lawyer or Police will take care of it.
you can file the Complaint before JMFC u/ s 190 of Cr.p.c for non taking proper cognizance of your complaint and on the influence if accused persons saved them by their p.s itself and Non arrest of 3rd accused till date.
