Procedure if Wrongly charged under section 115 and 194 IPC

Sir,in sealdah station sealdah traffic police wrongly given 115/194 case,i want to these this one, so please guided me abt the same.....I want to inform u that the officer charged against me to enter no entry zone,but their are so many cabs and yellow taxi present,the officer left the other car on reference,and also money,i just asked the question sir if it is no entry zone,then why not bord or why so many cabs present here,thats why I don't understand ........but the officer not listen anything
Actuly he want to take some bribe from u..he saw that u raise ur voice by askimg the no entry matter for taxi and cabs...thats why he gave such sections into it..115 denotes that u r breaking amandment which made by the government..and another one is u r try to making or frabricating false evidence in front of a police officer..

The simple answer in your question is either to deposit fine against the PR so supplied by the I/O before the Court or to contest the same by taking Bail from the Ld. Court. If you have point of Argument against said Case, then you will fight against the said Case. remember it that, it will take time and money which will be higher than depositing Fine. So choice is your. Think carefully and take decision. do not take decision from your Heart take decision from your mind.
