Procedure if wife in london threatening to file case against husband

Religion Muslim, Married in London to british lady divorcee having son of 10 yrs old. I was on vaction at my parents house and was not talking to her on call but replying to her on whatsapp. for this reason she has filed the police complain against me. While making the police complain she threatened me that i am going to get married and she will destroy me. I am still at my parents home seeks legal advice that what should i do in order to save my life and save my docs which are at my rental house.
If you are a Indian muslim applicable law is different. According to old English practice is strictly apply the monogamy and never going to recognize the polygamy of law, but now after the Hague Convention on marriage law under EU system it recognize polygamy also as per their countries personal law. As per English rules she has all right and possibility of taking any action for matrimonial relief in that court like divorce, maintenance etc but at the same time she cannot alleged for any criminal prosecution against you and not maintainable irrespective of English or Indian law, firstly it requires to see about complaint.
