Police force me to file false case against accused.nothing happen with me.accused done 420 with police and police use me to file 376.how can I withdraw that case.10 may 2018 case filed.plz help me.i m from good family..otherwise I will commited suicide.
If police officer forcing you for false case you can go to the court and file complain against police officer
If you had filed case against accuse in presser of police you can go to the higher authority of police department.

First of all, it is not clear that why police chose you to lodge case under section 376. How the police can force you for lodging a case....did you go to Police for some other help?
