Procedure for Evidence like Pictures and video Submission to court

I have photographs and a video of where my sister was dead. clearly shows that it was a murder. But the court is not accepting pictures and a video from me. So, what can I do to submit the evidence?
how you say that from picture the factum of murder can be ascertained? this seems very strange to me but nevertheless I'm willing to know your own version before making any further suggestion to you.
