Procedure for bail in case of attempt to murder?

I hit on head with rod on my neighbour. He is very rich and i am middle class person. I hit him because he was teasing my girlfriend. How i can get anticipary bail?
There is no procedure of anticipatory bail in U.P. And after occurrence and after losing of FIR there is no chance of such provision. And if you are still not arrested then can approach high court concern to quash FIR or stay arrest. And if arrest is done then you may move bail application before session court and if rejected then you may approach high court concern for bail . Need further dissucssion telephonic.

if u belong to UP,then there is no provision of anticipatory bail .To get protection from arrest u will have to submit to the jurisdiction of allahabad high court. Here u can seek protection through a writ petition.

You have not stated the state where are you residing better if you inclose the First Information Report FIR if possible the medical report of the injured as you stated simple how to get anticipatory bail it may possible that case may not be so simple.
