If a person is accused in any criminal/civil cases then what is the process if the person wishes to have private court hearings. Is there any such provision available in our country.
If the person wants to protect his identity from press right from the beginning of the case, how can the person do that.

there is no provision in law for private court hearing in criminal case except if the offences are under POSCO act or rape cases, where in the court will have to hold in camera proceedings. hope this information is useful
