Police wanting us to become witness even after denying what to do

hi, recently me and my frd were standing in shed nearby our building at night 10.30. It was a bit dark. suddenly people started running shouting murder & than we came out of shed and saw the body lying. but it was all over and did not see murderer or live murder. The murder happened 30 to 40 meters away from us.. The prob now is that we were caught in CCTV when we came out of shed and looking at the direction where the murder happened. The murder was not caught on camera. We told police we did not see anything except people running but they are harassing us as if we saw it live. What to do ?
You co-operate with police and depose the same in court that you people did not see the accused. It is easy way to come out of this matter. No body can force any person to depose wrong statement in court.
