Police verification issue for Govt Job

One year before on person lodge a FIR under IPC section 323,304,306 and now case is running in the court. As my opponent want to disturb my career . I am a student and preparing for Govt job. If police verification comes then how I can get a clearance . In this situation Can I get a Govt Job.
if a false case has been filed you can pursue it under section 307 cro if you want to disarm the opponent this is the way. if the police verification comes you have to check that there is no criminal record

In this situation, if you are not convicted and the matter is still under trial, you will have to give an affidavit before joining your job and inform the appointing authority that a case against you, although you may be innocent. The authority will ask you that if you are convicted in the case in the future, then you shall not object to losing the job.
