Police refused to file FIR what to do

22-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
hi.I had fild complaints of harassmnet in my organization.I was denied knowledge of outcome on my complaints and then terminated me on 14th nov 2016.on day of termination, HR was forcing me to surrender laptop that has evidence which I stated would be returned after securing evidence copies.Because of that HR confined me in room for nearly 5 hours, tried to force me to sign a confession, then pressured me into giving an undertaking, called a man into room when ther were already two HR ladies in room, when I ran away they stopped my accesses etc.I went next day on 15th nov 2016 to file police complaint and they only made one bogus NC.I went on 21st nov to register fIr, they refused.on 30th nov 2016 i submitted my own written complaint. Now in Feb 2017 police send letter saying we are disposing your complaint based on company advocates reply, you take matter to labour court. What are my options now...clearly police are not ready to register FIR and it is actually wrong on their part.
