Police protection for threat because I filed fir against neighbor

One person hit me cricket bat so file complain against him fir is ragister on IPC 323 ,504,506 Me and my family thretan from him because he has license gun also so how can I get police protection from him.

First you heire one lawyer and file cancellations bail application before jurisdiction court ans stated some fact cour will pass order of cancellation and again take judicial custody therefore your earlier and write now matter will strong,,
