Police officer spitted on my face intentionally

Today I accidentally spitted on road couple of times due to continuous salivation and vomit sensation.then a police officer stopped me and threatened me and intentionally spitted on my face

u can file a case on him, it's and humiliating and insulting so we can file a case on under IPC we can book we can file and FIR. every right to suspening suspend buy complaining to is superior
