Police officer asking the complainant to come to a different state

I am a resident of Meerut and I opened a gym with 3 more partners in Chandigarh. They cheated me of 65 lakhs so I filed a complaint against them in meerut as the cause of action arose here. After 4 months of due process of law, non-bailable warrant of arrest was sent to their state but I am constantly getting calls from Chandigarh police station to appear for inquiry by police u/s 91 of CrPC.nAre police officers are allowed to call the complainant of different state to their state?

cause of action a very vital role in disciphering a crime scenario but to predicoment that you are facing is weather the the police under section 91 of the CrPC has a j jurisdiction to go to Chandigarh and thereby have your arrest the answer to this is yes, the police has jurisdiction however Sikh shelter filing a petition at the punjab and Haryana high court which is original located in Chandigarh and they buy you shall you shall be refrained from getting arrested by the police of other state
