Police not taking action on my online complaint

Police not responding properly. Simply disposing my online complaint.suggest me what to do with this.
when police is not taking any action and without constructing any enquiry then you should go to the magistrate Court to register a case Opera enquiry if the police has closed the case as the mistake of fact then you should make a protest petition before the court as a private complaint so then you must ask the police to register the case and to have a proper enquiry
