Police not registering my FIR for domestic violence what can I do

I was submitted my application on 20th april 2016 against my husband and my inlaws for dometic violence in mahila thana indore. Police officer told me that we cant write any fir before counsling. I thought it is an law then i was wait for police call for counsling. After 20 days i went to police station and asked about police action then t She said i was called and sent notice to your husnand and inlaws for counsling but they are not come so we cant do anything. After this i gave application to DIG indore about the same dig ordered for action. But after counsling police not write my fir.

if police is not lodging FIR, then you can file a private complaint before the court of magistrate at Indore. Magistrate will direct the police to register fir. We do such type of cases and can help you.

u can directly register the case to court through an advocate. Or one more time u can go for lodging the FIR. if u have the order or the direction copy of DIG then u can show that to police and can lodge the FIR.
