Police not filing FIR on document forgery

i have submitted a police complaint on document forgery on 28th july 2020 and police are still no filing FIR. What are my options now?

if police do not registered FIR than you can file in WP in high court. On the order of the court the police will left with no option except to registered FIR and investigate the matter It is the duty of the police to registered FIR in any matter that come to PS

You can file a Private Complaint U/s.200 Cr.p.c. before the concerned magistrate Court by engaging a lawyer. please take the acknowledgement of your complaint from police and file along with the private complaint.
