Police knowingly filing false allegations in chargeeheet

Inspector under the influence of other part has filed false chargesheet against me even if I have exhibited all the proofs to disclose my innocence. Now what can I do in this crisis time to save myself

You must wait for the chargesheet to be filed before the Magistrate Court. Once the chargesheet is filed, you must urgently file Discharge Application before the Magistrate along with all the necessary proof of innocence. If you have acknowledgement stamps of police station showing that you have submitted the documents to the IO for investigation, then you keep it safe with you. You can mention that despite providing documents to police, the IO has not considered the same in the Chargesheet.
