Police inactiveness and violating the court order

19-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My older brother has filed a partition suit case to the 3rd court of civil judge (Sr division) in Midnapur. The Hon'ble court has directed to maintain the Status Quo and also directed to the OC Debra for police protection. Though he has been committing a lot of illegal activities with the help of few police person and anti social. I have registered too many complaints (GDE/FIR) regularly to the Debra police station but they didn't take any action till now. Even my house was theft by older brother and his wife. After police investigation they have filed a FIR with IPC 380. But no result has been found. I am now living with fear and getting threatened. Pls advice me.

first whatever you are saying kindly collect evidence of those. that way you can not only get the status quo order vacated if you want but also take police help from court to stop / prevent your brother from causing trouble. also find out if the police has submitted chargesheet in the theft case. this can be done by taking help of a local lawyer. you can also serve a stringent legal notice on your brother calling upon him to desist himself from making any illegal act on your person or property. I can certainly help you with all these in case you need my assistance.
