Police filed wrong FR In IPC 302

My father got murdered by some person . They gave him poison . Now somehow other party managed to change viscera report with help of police and there power.
Police have submitted final report. In that report they have written bayan of accused who already died. One of the accused died on 10jan but police have written his bayan on 6 may. Will it be possible that final report will get rejected... What are the further possibilities in this case.

As you have stated if the same turns out to be true, then the said final report should be challenged before the competent court and if the same is not rejected then you should appeal the same.
