Police filed an FIR and created Charge Sheet but not filed in court.

Few people severely injured my uncle we filed complaint. Police filed FIR and created chargesheet but didn't filed in court still now. It's been 5 months and in police website it shows still under investigation. What need to be done from our end to get them punishment.

hi if the police are not filing the chargesheet then you could approach the court seeking relief to direct the authorities concerned to take steps for expedieting the investigation within a time period to complete the investigation
