Police complaint upon bouncing of a cheque given to repay a loan

loan i will continued but last year bounce happen 4 emi after manager told you pay one emi everymonth but yesterday called filled case agaist you i told y they telling your payment not accepting they given police compliant what i do please give me way My lawyer try to speaked but they not speaking third party
Cheque bounce will lead to three cases, 1) the civil suit. 2) Cheating complaint if you had the intention of cheating at the time of recieving money. 3) 138 N.I.Act case. You can clarify from the police or money lender on what case has been filed and then your lawyer can assist you on the same.
