Police Clearence given for rent confiscated by the police

Dear Sir, My friend has given 5 pcs for rental for a organisation who were making fraudulent visa business. Those PCs were confiscated by the police and they are asking him to release from the court. He is innocent and was not aware of the purpose for which the rental PCs are being used. What he can do now? Thanks and Regards Prabhu
Tell him to state the same to the police and give the detail of the wrong doers who have taken his PC's for rent. Ask him what is the identity proofs which he has taken from the people before giving it to them for rent and based upon that police will be able to search the,. Even Cyber police can track all the activity done in the PC as it is technical issue you can take the assistance of cyber police to trace the wrong doers
