Police blackmail of filing false charges when no complaint registered

Sir, I owe a person some money since 1 year and i'm asking a little more time to clear. Now he knew some high level police officer and got him to this field, Now this cop blackmailing us that he'll arrest us and book under some cases. No official complaint has been registered in PS from the guy whom owe. What we are supposed to do now ?

in the present situation while understanding your question
The only way infront of you is collect the names of police officers who are giving threat to you and the next step is file a writ petition in the high court against the police officers including the person money to whom you are owe to you. except this there is no alternative remedy to you. then court will send notice to the persons who are giving threat to you to appear before court and at the same time you will get some relief from Hon'ble High Court from all these persons
