Q: Water leakage from terrace what to do

In our Apartment there is water leakage problem for the top floor apartments from terrace, can someone tell us whether the builder is liable to repair those or it has to be repaired by the owners of the top floors. Also let us know in future if the same happens than in that case whether the cost for repair has to be borne by all the apartment owners or only the top floor owners? Our apartment is 2 yrs old.

actually top floor owner is responsible for the if leakage from above flat and he had to make repairs to control leakage. if leakage from open terrace builder is liable to effect repairs. if both failed to take approprite steps to effect repairs approach consumer court.

Q: Police blackmail of filing false charges when no complaint registered

Sir, I owe a person some money since 1 year and i'm asking a little more time to clear. Now he knew some high level police officer and got him to this field, Now this cop blackmailing us that he'll arrest us and book under some cases. No official complaint has been registered in PS from the guy whom owe. What we are supposed to do now ?

sir,in the present situation while understanding your questionThe only way infront of you is collect the names of police officers who are giving threat to you and the next step is file a writ petition in the high court against the police officers including the person money to whom you are owe to you. except this there is no alternative remedy to you. then court will send notice to the persons who are giving threat to you to appear before court and at the same time you will get some relief from Hon'ble High Court from all these persons
