Hi. You ca file a personal police compliant against the said persons with the concerned police station. Generally no action is taken by the police authorities in such cases and you would have to file a petition before the concerned Court under criminal procedure code for registration of FIR against them.

You can always approach the court with such grievances. However, you must be sure that you want to take action as proceeding against a police officer is not as straightforward. First, you will require a sanction to file your case against the said police officers. An application needs to be moved to that extent.

After obtaining the sanction your case against the officers will proceed. If the incidents transpired in the manner that you have described then you must take this forward. Do let me know if I could be of any further help to you.

Hi,

Going by what you have shared herein, it is advised that you may make a written request at the Police Station to seek copies of case filed against you and it also looks that they have booked you for consuming alcohol and for public nuisance. Kindly also show the said bail bond if you possess it..

Hi .. Well in this regard the procedure would be to give a written complaint to the SHO first describing the incident to the minutest detail. Now since this is a complaint against a police personnel, be ready for no action to be taken against them. Thereafter you have to make the same complaint to the DCP. No action would be taken on your complaint again. Third step involves filing an application in the court for registration of an FIR in the court. Sir for all this, i suggest you seek a lawyers advice. He will handle the matter for you.
