Police asking driver involved in accident to be present after 7 years?

My truck involved in an accident in 2011. And one person died which was on motorcycle and he hit back my truck which was parked due to fault in engine.although I fought a case of mact and petitioner gets reward. Now I have received a call from police station in which fir was lodged and the cop said to me bring your driver here that he has also criminal case against him. Now after seven years I don't know where the driver is.the cop tells that a warranty may issue against me under section 212.tell me how I find person after seven years and how I can bring him to that police station. Tell me what can I do.i was never told by any body earlier that where the driver is.suggest me something.
