My brother was cheated by one man to get and give an new job but until no improvement.if we file an case how many days will take for the police action
Dear sir, Police have power to file FIR, High court have power to direct the police to file or registrar the FIR, we have provide valid documents and proof for the payment, Everthing depends upon the situation .
