pocso case settlment is there are not

my friend was an accused in some of pocso case..it happens on she aged 17 years.. and now she is major..and the both are ready to get marriage to mutual concent..it was intercast marriage also..then the case was disimissed or not..how he was approach for get releief for case?

hi if the both the parties are ready to vompromise the matter then the party could approach the high court for quashing of FIR of the case by filing compromise petition and that he is ready to marry the victim

The criminal charge against your friend can not be discharged even he got married the victim, unless trial. If the victim girl is agreed to marry your friend since she attained majority in age, let them be come to an understanding about marriage and after that marriage or prior to that marriage, she can depose evidence in favour of your friend by turning as hostile witness. then lack of incremental evidence your friend will be acquitted after trial. No compromise is entertainable in pocso cases but, the accused can survive through reducing the evidence before court during trial.
