Me 16 saal ki hu or ladke be jb mere hath kiya that to vo 18 ka tha ab baar ko send saal ho gaya h but me pehle bahut se issue ke chakar me case nahi kar paying Jesse fear, deparation ,etc but ab me case karna chahti hu but polis bol rahi h ki tumhre mummy Papa bhi fasenge ESA hoga Vesa hoga

criminal case mai koi limitation nahi hoti, Ager police FIR nahi file kerti toh aap ek complaint National/ state commission for women and child, National commission for protection of Child right ya, CWC child welfare committee mai dek sakti hai, ya phir complaint directly Magistrate, POSCO court k pass bhi dek sakti hai. Police wale kaam na kerna parere issliye esa bol rahe hai esa kuch bhi nahi hota. Law aap ko protect kerne k liye hai darane k liye nahi.

Under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, as amended in 2019, sexual offences against minors under 18 have no statute of limitations, allowing complaints to be filed at any time, regardless of delay. Delays due to fear or depression do not bar proceedings. As a 16-year-old complainant regarding an incident from approximately age 14, you may file independently without parental consent.

You can file FIR against the person and describe all the chain of events what really happened and why there is delay in filing of FIR such as the reasons explained by you also We can discuss in details how to proceed in the matter
