Pledged my gold chain without my permission

I gave my chain to my ex colleague and she pledged the chain without my permission and she is not giving my chain back now. I went to police station they only filed CSR and didn't give me the copy of the CSR and they are not ready to file an FIR for this. What can I do in this case?

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can send a legal notice to press them to file an FIR in the presence of an prima facie evidence, if they are not filing, you can file a private complaint to the magistrate court, thank you
