Please help my friend we are too much worried

Hello my name is - Andrea
My friend was a 14 year old kid and he kissed a neighbor girl who was10 or 9 as my other friend was challenging him that he can't do it I know it was a mistake that he did it
and it happend before 2007 as it is more 12 years now and he is 27 years old can the parent of the girl file a case against him now.
Please let me know ,as my friend started to think more n more about this and we don't what to do .
We would appreciate any solution on this above.
You are for boy or Girl Madam?, if for boy even if they file a complaint it can be quashed by High Court under 482 of CrPC. As it be barred by limitation and the boy aged 14 lacked mens rea. You need to prove before High Court that the case frivolous and vexatious.

Hi...you don't worry they will definitely not file any complaint or case against your friend and police also will not accept the complaint which is of twelve years old incident and police will ask the proof for the same.
