Please Answer My Qurey Sir Im Getting Scare

Sir iam member of student organization we was arrested and kept in police station for conducting rally without permission, they took our names and mobile numbers they taken our signature in one paper heading contains pretentive custody, I want to know that is any case filled on us...that is my question sir
Yes case will be filed and it will effect your career as well as any traveling opportunity outside the country. As there was no permission for any rally and you took out a rally that itself is a clear cut violation of law. Now that police have all details of you and have taken your signatures, i assume that police have taken your signature on notice and they will file chargesheet soon in the concerned criminal court.. Asba suggestive measure You should apply for anticipatory Bail.

preventive custody at police station is not a problem. however please check from court having jurisdiction over police station to ensure that there is no fir against you and if there is any fir, you should file a discharge or quash petition
