Physical assault during interrogation for fake complaint

HellonOne girl raised fake complaint that she is being troubelled over calls she herself have number and never blocked number to make complain under the guidance of third person nvestigating officer physically hit me on my face and on my toes I want to lodge complaint against this police men but don't have cctv footage to lodge complaint how do I raise complaint and how to make the judge belive that he hit me physically and forced to accept the accused allegation since the girl fooled them by making fake allegations please respond
