Photocopy submitted for fnf settlement in the court which is fake

I have lodged an FIR by ISTGASA unbder 420, 406, 120B against some compnay of Gaziabad. Accused submitted a photo copy of full n final settlement of both parties of Oct 3,2016. On demanding the original copy, accused said that original copy is taken by the pariwadi. On this behalf police put FR. I/pariwadi paid all the payment through cheque with agreement. I have text sms & call recording in my mobile after of Oct 3rd. Which proves wrong to photo copy full n final document of accused. Now my advocate is desiring re-investigation in matter. How can I prove fake to photo copy of full n final document? How can I submit recording & text massage to investigation officer.
