petition in high court against police filing wrong jurisdiction FIR

Want to file petition in high court against police for filing 498aFIR under wrong jurisdiction and harassing me and my family members.Please help me how to file and it is possible?

you have to file a quash petition under section 482 cr.p.c at high court along with copy of FIR on the grounds of wrong jurisdiction. even assuming the jurisdiction is right high court might quash the FIR against family members as in 498a, the wife can choose to file 498a in either the place she is presently living or at place of marriage or at place where she last lived with her husband.
