Since exemption from personal appearance is already granted to A2 to A4, the next legal remedy is to pursue quash proceedings properly before the Hon’ble High Court for deletion of their names from the case. If there are no specific allegations or overt acts against A2 to A4, the case can be challenged on merits based on settled legal principles. Kindly consult an experienced criminal advocate handling 498A quash matters before the High Court. Proper drafting and presentation of facts are very important in such matters. You may seek an interim stay of the proceedings before the trial court. However, getting the FIR quashed or removing the names of Accused Nos. 2 to 4 from the case is not a straightforward process. It depends on the specific facts, allegations, and evidence available on record. A proper legal opinion can be given only after carefully examining the FIR, charge sheet, and other relevant documents. Once the case records are reviewed, it can be assessed whether there are sufficient grounds to seek quashing of the proceedings against the accused

The possibility of quashing proceedings against A2 to A4 depends on the specific allegations in the FIR, charge sheet, and the material available on record. Merely obtaining exemption from personal appearance does not result in deletion of their names from the case. Please share the FIR, charge sheet, quash petition if filed, and the latest case status. After reviewing the records, I can assess whether there are valid grounds to seek quashing or discharge of A2 to A4 and advise you on the appropriate legal remedy.
