My neighbor is not properly latching their dog when taking it outside, and with kids in our household, this is a constant threat to my family. The dog is also urinating on the stairs and not being cleaned up properly. I’m unsure about the dog’s vaccination status and have asked the neighbor to get it vaccinated, but they have been abusive toward me.
