in this matter I would suggest you to take the recourse of the police authorities as the guy needs to be punished. there are relevant section under Indian penal code where he could be arrested. if not taking the recourse of the police authorities it would be wise if a notice is send to the boy describing that he has committed a serious offence and if he had not deleted the said pics and videos he could be prosecuted for the same
