personal MSEDCL meter ki output wire jo mere ghar mai enter krti hai waha se neighbour jumper wire laga kar 3 mahine se chori kar raha, maine photos/videos evidence liya hu, muje heavy light bill aa rahe. MSEDCL Vigilance Department ko written complaint kiya aur reciving stamp liya but unhone action lene se mana kiya aur kaha ye apke meter ki output wire se chori hai agar input wire se hoti toh hum action lete, Police FIR nhi le rahi unka kehna hai MSEDCL officer FIR file kr skte ap nhi..

Aapke paas photos/videos, heavy bills aur MSEDCL Vigilance complaint ki receiving important evidence hai. MSEDCL ka “output wire hai isliye hum action nahi lenge” kehna automatically matter ko khatam nahi karta. Aap Police ko written complaint/NC/FIR ke liye application dein aur MSEDCL ki receiving attach karein; saath hi senior MSEDCL officer/Executive Engineer ko complaint karke joint inspection, meter/load testing aur illegal jumper disconnect karne ki written demand karein. Police FIR register na kare to BNSS Section 173(4) ke tahat SP ko complaint bhej sakte hain, aur uske baad Magistrate ke saamne appropriate application ka remedy available hai. Evidence ko preserve karein aur khud wire/jumper ko touch ya remove na karein.

Is case mein aap police ko later likho ki mere meter wire se chori ho rahi hai aur FIR karvane ki koshish karo, agar MSEDCL wala Koi action Lene Ko taiyar nahin Hai to aap direct ek mechanic ko bulao aur wire cut karva do aur vah wire ko band karke meter se bahar nikalwa do
