Person not accepting a notice in the case of sec 144 of CRPC

If some one not accepted notice u/s 144 of CRPC what will be legal action taken against him
If you avoid to accept notice u/s 144 of CRPC, police will arrest you under applied section and produce before Judicial Magistrate. It is advice to accept the notice, appear before police and record your statement. The offence is bailable.
