i have already paid partial amount and rest i promised to pay in next month,instead he come to my office and shout and used absusive words.threaten me and total amount was only Rs 8000 and i have paid him Rs3000.what should i do.
You can send him a legal notice for damages on account of defamation. If he still continues to behave like this only, you can file a suit for defamtion against him for lowering the reputation of you in society which causes loss of business to you. for more detailed discussion you can contact me for the same.

complaint in this regard to your area police station ,no one have rights to abuse and threatened u ,he can only file recovery case or cheque bounce complaint against u if u give any cheque to him or before commissioner or SSP of Police of your area
