Person claiming fake injuries and threatening to file case against me

I had a fight with a guy .He had no injury now he admitted him self in a hospital and faking very severe injury and I got a notice of probablely I might get arrested what to do? I have to go foreign for a job.
You can prefer anticipatory bail through High court and also u can escape from arrest and matter can settle amicably after getting anticipatory bail and after that you can go job also no issue so it can be solved legally
