Person belonging to general caste claiming to be a SC

11-Jun-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Brother in law has a SC certificate. But he belongs to our caste (Hindu) 'Naicker' the name of which does not appear in Kartnataka Gazette. He is living in the same compound (30x40 site with 3 independent small houses rightfully owned by my youngest brother) free of cost for the last 20 years. Now demands a share in the property. On refusal by the rightful owner and unable to make a legal dispute this man has filed a castehumiliation case on all 3 brothers in the local police station. We are unable to vacate Brother in laws family as he has been allowed to live without any rental agreement.
