Person being caught for selling medicine without licence

Sir, in a room of medical practisnor ( without degree) drugs inspector found a bag which contain few medicine total 53 types of medicine some were usrd, some were unused and all were physician sample not to be sold. And each medicine were not more that 20 tablets. A FIR has been loadeg against him. During the investigation accused was not found in his clinic. The drugs has been seized under section 22 (1) c or cc .. Now what is the step he should take.. Pls help

Well, as described earliar your question itself speaks about your various faults . Also you have not described about the facts of the case and it will be clear after the perusal of case record only. I advised to consult your lawyer with entire documents, early. More over, in my opinion you prefer for Anticipatory Bail denying all the allegations & sezied material.

Medical practitioner is permitted to have certain amount of medicines for giving to patients but he cannot sell it across a counter. Immediately file a quashing application in the High Court with all details. Contact a good advocate.
