Perjury application accepted but affidavit not submitted

I have submitted simple application in court to show fraud on court.can I get chance to submit affidavit as I came to know that opposite party can oppose application on ground that complaint is not made on affidavit.court has accepted application and has asked opposite party to submit reply.they hid the facts about preliminary enquiry and withdrawal of their original complaint to court and lied about non action of police.
