PCC/Compromise FIR has been filed under 354c and 354d.

15-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
FIR has been filed under 354c and 354d. I need PCC to migrate to abroad. The complainant has agreed to compromise however she is in canada. The case is now with district court. Please advise if there any impact on PCC and what option do I have for compromise considering the complainant no longer in India.

hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR in high court and if the complainant is ready to withdraw the case she neefs to come to India once as her presence is required for compromising the matter otherwise you could ask the court to complete the trial as soon as possible
