Passport renewal issue , in IS name shows so they are not giving ppor

My name is Arun and Brother(R) and wife(RW) have a family issue so they seperated.. while seperating Brother's wife filled a case along with my Brother and Mom, Dad, sister and Me(Arun) in 2014 in the FIR. While moving forward in the charge sheet, my name where removed then case is still going.
Now i applied for passport renewal, still that FIR shows my name. So renewal of passport cause issue. How to remove my name in the case.. please help .. thanks in advance
We have to approach the concerned authorities and let them know that the name has been removed from FIR. Formal Representation can be sent. There should not be any pending cases against the person. Documents have to be perused.
