My wife has filed a false case of 498a and 307 and other charges against me and my family members. MY passport is due for renewal. Can i apply for the same. Im a muslim by the way.
Will police give adverse report ?
Dear Sir,
Police definitely give adverse report. It is better to file a discharge application under section 239 of CrPC before Trial Court or Quashing Petition before the High Court under section 482 and see that case is dropped. Approach advocate having experience on criminal side.
